Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Analyst for Plan to Forecast (P2F) who will join the Financial Reporting/Planning team. You will apply your deep SAP and master data knowledge to support end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes in a controlled, secure environment.

This role emphasizes data validation, system integration, and proactive problem solving, with collaboration across regional partners to ensure timely, accurate plans and insightful analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business required.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, financial planning, or related areas.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint required.
• In-depth knowledge of Master Data and planning tools/processes preferred.
• Proven problem solving and issue resolution experience preferred.
• Exposure to pharmaceutical industry and PHARMA guidelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end P2F support for regional scope and reporting services.
• Assist in annual/long-range forecasts; manage regional forecast plan and data uploads.
• Analyze costs, validate data, ensure timely and accurate reporting; maintain data integrity.
• Prepare benefits forecast analyses and assist in parameter reviews (vacancy rate, etc.).
• Troubleshoot daily user tickets and data issues; suggest preventive measures.
• Maintain/update procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
