Qualifications

• Experience with insurance pricing, profitability analysis, and risk segmentation.

• Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own product performance, profitability, and growth initiatives across an assigned insurance portfolio.
• Develop and execute pricing, market expansion, and product development strategies.
• Partner with underwriting, claims, actuarial, marketing, technology, and other teams to support product objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, pricing, and business performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead new product launches, product enhancements, and regulatory initiatives.
• Evaluate risk segmentation and profitability to support sustainable portfolio growth.
• Lead cross-functional projects and influence broader business and product strategy.
• Mentor and support team members while promoting collaboration across departments.
