Job summary

Mutual of Enumclaw Insurance Holding Company seeks a Sr. Product Analyst to drive profit and growth across states, collaborating with the Portfolio Analytics team and state leadership.

You will lead rate filings, model updates, territory management, and distribution strategies, becoming a core SME for PL products and processes. You will analyze data, craft strategic recommendations, and present actionable insights to executives, UW, sales, and actuarial teams while working remotely with Pacific

Qualifications

• Strong analytic and project management capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of the P&C insurance products and filing process, Personal Lines specifically is a plus.
• Strong insurance business enterprise knowledge
• Knowledge of predictive/pricing modeling methodology, and actuarial principles.
• Knowledge of Underwriting principles, methodology, and general theory.
• Expert use of PowerPoint & Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL, SAS, VBA, and other programming/data management strong plus.
• Translate analysis into coherent presentations & communication.

Responsibilities

• Independently identify, prioritize, and drive execution of profit/growth opportunities.
• Build relationships and add value across core stakeholder departments (UW, Sales, Actuarial, IT, etc.).
• Be the go-to expert on assigned lines products and execution.
• Effectively leverage data, analytics, and available supporting resources.
• Create influential presentations associated with day-to-day execution opportunities.
