Job summary

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Property & Casualty Broker.
Current P&C Producer License is required.

Responsibilities

Support the Placement Manager in daily operations and team development.
Assist in analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and ensure appropriate placement.
Utilize Caffeine software to track and prioritize opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers.
Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of business submissions to carriers.
Provide guidance and mentorship to Placement Executives and Associates.
Assist in evaluating carrier performance and providing feedback.
