Powerserve Technologies is hiring a Senior Protection & Control Engineer to lead technical activities on utility substation projects across the Northeastern United States. The ideal candidate should possess over 7 years of experience in Protection & Control within the electric utility industry.

Key responsibilities include overseeing field activities, performing relay testing, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Flourishing in a leadership role, you will help build a skilled team while providing mentorship to junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of Protection & Control experience within the electric utility industry.
• Strong knowledge of utility substation protection and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings and protection schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Protection & Control field activities on utility substation projects.
• Perform and supervise relay testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and energization support.
• Serve as a primary technical interface with utility clients and project teams.
