Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data analysis, mapping, and transformation in enterprise environments.
• Strong SQL skills with analytical functions and performance tuning.
• Experience developing STTM documents and understanding ETL/data flows.
• Exposure to data consolidation, standardization, and transformation across sources.
• In-depth knowledge of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
• Excellent communication with business SMEs and technical teams.
• Strong documentation skills for technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end data analysis, profiling, validation, and transformation for large-scale projects.
• Develop source-to-target data mappings (STTM) and associated documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Work with data engineers to implement data consolidation and transformation logic.
• Optimize complex SQL queries for performance on large datasets.
• Participate in data quality assessments and recommend cleansing or enrichment.
• Leverage P&C domain knowledge to align data with business processes.
• Facilitate communication between SMEs, data modelers, and technical teams.
