Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Property & Casualty actuary to lead pricing, reserving, and rate development for P/C insurance products. The role focuses on data-driven rate recommendations, regulatory support, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business initiatives.

The candidate should have 5+ years in P/C actuarial work, with ACAS near completion and ongoing FCAS progress, and will operate in a hybrid environment with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Property & Casualty actuarial experience.
• ACAS designation or near completion of ACAS requirements.
• Working toward FCAS credential.
• Experience with pricing, reserving, or actuarial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Perform actuarial analysis related to pricing, reserving, and rate development.
• Research and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Support rate filings and actuarial reporting.
• Develop rate adjustment proposals and actuarial models.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
• Maintain actuarial credentials and continuing education requirements.
