Resicum International LLC seeks an experienced Aircraft Mechanic III to lead Organizational‑Level maintenance of P-8A aircraft at NAS Whidbey Island, WA. The role requires advanced knowledge of P-8 systems, supervisory responsibilities, and ensuring maintenance aligns with technical directives and manuals.

The incumbent will guide senior and junior technicians, perform and supervise complex maintenance tasks, and ensure aircraft readiness for delivery and operations, while adhering to CNAFINST

Qualifications

• Must possess a current U.S. Passport.
• Must possess DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Advanced aircraft maintenance experience at Mechanic III level.
• Extensive hands-on P-8/P-8A maintenance experience.
• Experience leading P-8 teams in Organizational‑Level Maintenance.
• Ability to interpret P-8 technical publications, blueprints, and manuals.
• Capable of inspecting work performed by subordinate mechanics.
• Strong organizational skills and workload prioritization.
• Deep knowledge of P-8 airframe and powerplant systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead teams performing P-8A maintenance and inspections.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled P-8A maintenance.
• Supervise and mentor subordinate mechanics.
• Maintain, repair, and modify P-8A structures, engines, and systems.
• Interpret technical publications, blueprints, and manuals.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and Government customers.
• Prioritize workload to meet aircraft delivery schedules.
• Make and maintain aircraft logbook and maintenance records.
• Support modifications and use of test equipment and tools.
