Job summary

Resicum International LLC is seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic II to support P-8A maintenance at NAS Whidbey Island, WA. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs and modifications on P-8A aircraft, ensuring airworthiness and compliance with manuals.

The role requires leading teams on complex tasks, interpreting technical publications, prioritizing workload, and maintaining accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Direct hands-on maintenance experience on P-8/P-8A aircraft.
• Experience performing Organizational-Level Maintenance on P-8/P-8A aircraft.
• Experience performing scheduled and unscheduled P-8/P-8A maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair P-8/P-8A systems.
• Ability to interpret P-8/P-8A technical publications.
• Capable of leading maintenance teams through complex P-8/P-8A tasks.
• Generic aircraft experience on other platforms does not satisfy the P-8/P-8A requirement.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on P-8A aircraft.
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, repair, servicing, and modifications.
• Maintain and repair P-8A airframe and structural components.
• Maintain and repair flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot P-8A discrepancies using manuals and test equipment.
• Interpret P-8A publications, blueprints, and manuals.
• Lead teams through complex P-8A maintenance tasks when assigned.
• Ensure accurate logbook and maintenance record entries.
