Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of commercial construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Owner’s primary construction representative.
• Review contractor schedules and execution strategies.
• Monitor project progress and provide issue resolution recommendations.
• Perform site observations to assess compliance and quality.
• Prepare and present project status reports.
