Keystone Distinction Group in Nashville seeks an experienced Owner's Representative (Senior Construction Project Manager) to oversee multifamily developments from the owner’s perspective and ensure seamless delivery for the client.

Based in Nashville with weekly travel to projects across states, you will manage construction progress, lead change orders, and coordinate owner-directed changes with the operator to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing multifamily construction projects
• Strong change order management skills
• Excellent coordination between construction and operator
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites

Responsibilities

• Monitor Multifamily Construction Process
• Run the change order management process during construction
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of owner requested changes during construction
• Run the delivery coordination process between Construction and the operator
