The role centers on building strategic client relationships and translating customer needs into new business opportunities, while guiding project teams with decisive leadership, effective communication, and rigorous oversight of schedule and budget.

Qualifications

Minimum required – Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum required – Eight (8) years project management or related experience.

Responsibilities

Monitors project safety with authority to stop work if unsafe conditions exist.
Develops and sustains enduring relationships with clients, the design community, subcontractors, and industry partners to gain trust and promote future opportunities.
Builds high performance teams by hiring, mentoring, coaching, training, and developing staff.
Delivers timely and constructive feedback to project team members to improve skills and capabilities.
Provides direction, guidance, and leadership in all aspects of one or more projects, from preconstruction to closeout.
Leads contract negotiations, pricing decisions, and risk analysis impacting project cost and delivery schedule.
Oversees master schedule, budget, and financial management for each project.
Drives results for company initiatives and supports implementation of new tools and technologies.
Partners with Safety Director and Quality Control Director to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
