Job summary

Seattle Corporate Search seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to join the Seattle team on a long-term, high-visibility engagement. This role operates on the owner’s side, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

You will act as an extension of the client’s internal team, overseeing complex commercial construction projects and coordinating with executives, architects, engineers, GCs, and specialty contractors to ensure delivery within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction project management experience.
• Owner’s representative / client-side PM preferred.
• Design-Build experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage external vendors and design teams.
• Experience mentoring junior PMs.
• Strong knowledge of budgets, schedules, contracts.
• Proficient with Bluebeam and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle owner’s representative PM for multiple projects.
• Oversee projects from programming through closeout.
• Serve as day-to-day leader and advisor to client executives.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, milestones, and strategy.
• Assemble and lead project teams including architects and GCs.
• Mentor junior PMs or project engineers.
• Review change orders and manage invoicing and TI reimbursements.
• Coordinate lease/work letter provisions with real estate advisors.
• Identify risks and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Ensure decisions align with client objectives and timelines.
