Hughes Marino is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager in Boston to act as the owner’s representative on complex commercial projects for a confidential defense technology client.

You will oversee the full lifecycle of projects, manage budgets and schedules, assemble and lead cross-functional teams, and ensure client goals, timelines, and cost controls are met with executive-level collaboration.

Formación

• 7–10 years in construction project management, owner-side preferred.
• Design-Build experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as owner's representative on multiple concurrent commercial construction projects.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and client-directed milestones.
• Lead project teams including architects, engineers, GCs, and specialty contractors.
• Mentor up to two Hughes Marino PMs or project engineers.
• Review change orders, invoicing, TI allowances, and closeout from the owner's perspective.
• Review lease and Work Letter provisions with brokerage team.
