Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain - course provided and licensing fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with <4 years of relevant sales/athletic background will be considered).

Responsibilities

• Master our sales process within six months, potentially up to a year.
• Mentor new team members and share strategies for success.
• Lead, innovate, and set new benchmarks of achievement in supplemental insurance.
