Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in recreation, outdoor education, adventure education, or other relevant field.
- Wilderness First Responder certification from NOLS, SOLO, or Wilderness Medical Associates; other related certifications.
Responsibilities
- Budget planning and scheduling of programs.
- Training, supervising and evaluating student workers and leaders.
- Lead Colgate Outdoor Education programs and trips with focus on safety and risk management.
- Coordinate equipment, facilities and trip logistics.
- Ensure effective instruction and policies across courses and program areas.
