Job summary

Amazon in USA (WA, Bellevue) seeks a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead outbound transportation planning for Canada and related high‑volume events. You will drive weekly planning, demand alignment, and cross‑functional collaboration with senior leadership on volume plans and scenarios.

You will partner with multiple teams, use data to guide decisions, and champion tool improvements across the transportation network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the weekly planning process including input gathering, modeling, and communication of plans to downstream teams.
• Engage with demand planning to understand topline demand and confidence intervals.
• Partner with Middle and Last mile leads to understand changes in transportation plans.
• Evaluate trends to inform carrier capacity, network design, and fulfillment plans.
• Project impact of demand and capacity scenarios for HVEs and share recommendations with Directors and VPs.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve plan accuracy and cycle times.
• Drive tool or process improvements with tech teams.
