Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of direct experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with carriers to ensure delivery is instructed accurately and trailers are delivered within procedures and expected delivery dates.
• Validate PODs and track delivery with carriers until proof of delivery is signed by both parties.
• Process damages and coordinate repair estimates and progress until completion.
• Support manager and team with yard management system and BD operations.
• Plan upcoming units in Production and Quality Control to align with customer delivery preferences.
• Monitor transportation budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities; assist with forecasting and reporting.
• Prepare and present operational reports, KPI dashboards, and business reviews for management.
