Responsibilities

• Validate PODs and track delivery with carriers until proof of delivery is signed by both parties.
• Process damages and coordinate repair estimates and progress until completion.
• Support manager and team with yard management system and BD operations.
• Plan upcoming units in Production and Quality Control to align with customer delivery preferences.
• Monitor transportation budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities; assist with forecasting and reporting.
• Prepare and present operational reports, KPI dashboards, and business reviews for management.

Summary

This Temp Senior Analyst position will coordinate and communicate with customers to ensure timely and proper delivery of trailer orders. This position will assign carriers to deliver the trailers to the instructed destination within the budget and guidelines provided and will track production, inspection, ETA, and delivery, at all points until the trailers are delivered successfully and closed out formally.

Provide leadership and ownership for carrier performance while guiding analysts by sharing best practices, supporting training efforts, and assisting with complex transportation issues.

Responsibilities

• Validate PODs and track delivery with carriers until trailers are accepted by the customer and there is a proof of delivery signed by both parties
• Process any damages and send to a repair shop, request estimate, track repair progress until completion, deliver to final destination.
• In addition to outbound operations, it will support manager and team with implementation, management, and communication with yard management system and BD operations.

• Support carrier procurement activities by analyzing transportation capacity, market conditions, lane performance, and routing opportunities.
• Monitor transportation budgets and freight expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assist management with forecasting and reporting activities.
• Prepare and present operational reports, KPI dashboards, and business reviews for management and key stakeholders.
• Lead special projects related to transportation network design, process automation, system enhancements, customer implementation, and operational scalability.
• Communicate with customers to deliver full transparency on their units throughout the delivery, including daily communication on production, quality control inspection, availability of units, availability of carriers, expected delivery dates, delivery reports, and miscellaneous requests fulfilled to ensure expectations are met

Compensation Range

$28.00/Hour (M-F 8:30am-5:30pm)
