Qualifications

• SRO License/Certification is required.
• Project Management and Scheduling experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manages the station's preparation, planning, and execution of refueling and forced outages.
• Manages outage milestones and coordinates with stakeholders to complete activities on time and with quality.
• Develops and integrates outage schedules to ensure safety and readiness across personnel and equipment.
• Uses lean techniques in continuous improvement to enhance processes and value.
