Offset Strategic Services, LLC in Huntsville, Alabama, seeks an OTA Program/Project Analyst Sr. to provide programmatic and administrative support to OTA project offices and AORs, ensuring timely, compliant project execution.

The role requires extensive knowledge of acquisition, contracts, OTAs, FAR and DFARS, plus strong MS Office/SharePoint skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across government and contractor teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Acquisition, Contract Management, Business, or a related field.
• Senior-Level Candidate - 10 or more years of experience in contracts, procurement, acquisition, or program management within a government or defense contracting environment
• Working knowledge of OTAs, FAR, and DFARS frameworks
• Experience supporting contract negotiations, subcontract management, or procurement activities for government agencies or major defense contractors
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of acquisition lifecycle processes, earned value management (EVM), and proposal or program support activities
• Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Interface with government AORs to support project priorities and execution needs
• Refine and scope project requirements with AORs
• Draft and update SOWs and related modifications
• Provide recommendations for DFs, bona fide need changes, and SBIR evaluations
• Support funding, award, and modification processes
• Collaborate with OTA team to ensure timely execution and awards
• Maintain OTA SharePoint sites and document repositories
• Update schedules, trackers, and reporting tools
• Participate in status meetings and provide clear updates
• Perform financial, contractual, and programmatic data analysis
