Offset Strategic Services, LLC seeks an OTA Program/Project Analyst Sr. to provide programmatic and administrative support for OTA projects in Huntsville, AL. The role requires strong acquisition knowledge and cross-team collaboration with government and contractor staff.

The Senior Analyst will draft SOWs, assist with selection memos and acquisition strategies, and help manage funding, awards, and modifications while maintaining SharePoint repositories and status reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Acquisition, Contract Management, Business, or related field.
• Senior-Level Candidate with 10+ years of experience in contracts, procurement, or program management in government/defense.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience with OTAs, FAR, and DFARS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with government AORs to support project priorities and execution needs.
• Assist AORs in defining, refining, and scoping project requirements.
• Draft, review, and update SOWs and related modifications.
• Review and provide recommendations for memoranda, D&Fs, and acquisition strategies.
• Support funding, award, and modification processes for OTA projects.
• Maintain OTA SharePoint sites, databases, and document repositories.
• Update schedules, trackers, and reporting tools for status visibility.
