- Experience leading OT software projects and setting development standards.
- Hands-on work with OT systems, plant automation, and data collection.
- Familiarity with Ignition SCADA and manufacturing integrations is preferred.
- Experience mentoring developers and driving engineering excellence in OT.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, integration, and deployment of OT software solutions across the manufacturing stack.
- Set engineering standards, code practices, and release management for OT projects.
- Collaborate with facilities, operations, and vendors to deliver reliable OT systems.
- Troubleshoot complex OT issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
