Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead complex OT security engagements and grow the OT Security practice. You will direct delivery teams, build trusted relationships with CISOs and VP-level stakeholders, and contribute to business development across critical infrastructure clients.

You balance strategic vision with operational accountability, ensuring delivery quality while pursuing new opportunities and shaping competitive bids across the practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security.
• Minimum 7 years of consulting delivering OT security programs to Fortune/Global 1000 or critical infrastructure clients.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership and mentoring.
• Minimum 5 years of OT security assessments, program design, or managed security implementations.
• Experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders on OT risk and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-workstream OT security engagements and drive growth of OT Security practice.
• Direct delivery teams, build client relationships at CISO/VP level, contribute to business development.
• Provide senior SME guidance, shape win strategy, respond to RFPs and prepare proposals.
• Oversee staffing, forecasting, margins, and risk across engagements.
• Mentor consultants and ensure quality across deliverables.
