Job summary

Chevron is seeking a Principal Architect for OT PCN Solutions to own the target architecture, standards, and guardrails across Chevron's operational technology estate. The role guides architecture decisions and ensures alignment with policies for secure, scalable OT deployments globally.

The successful candidate will lead governance across a multi-site OT portfolio, including brownfield/greenfield deployments and international sites, with relocation options considered where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operational technology, industrial automation, or IT infrastructure.
• Proven experience governing architecture across a large, multi-site OT portfolio.
• Experience with brownfield and greenfield OT deployments, M&A integration, and international sites.

Responsibilities

• Owns the OTPL target architecture, technology standards, and reference architectures across all OT capabilities.
• Determines the architecture assurance outcome and provides Policy 564/575 architecture concurrence for OTPL solutions.
• Decides where an approved solution may be reused and maintains architecture records in CMDB.
• Directs requests to existing supported products before introducing new ones.
• Stewards architecture lifecycle status and retirement of unowned or duplicate records.
