Job summary

CoreWeave seeks an OT Security Engineer to join its Network Security team and safeguard operational technology networks across datacenters. You will identify cybersecurity risks, design pragmatic security solutions, and embed controls directly into operational systems, working with suppliers and internal teams to drive continuous security improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure security in a global network environment.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Go, Python, C/C++) for automation, code reviews, and tooling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, PCNSE are advantageous.
• Experience with operational technology networks (factory or industrial systems, building management systems, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Establish security standards for OT networks and devices, including segmentation and remote connectivity.
• Develop and implement security controls embedding into operational technologies.
• Collaborate with engineering and partners to benchmark security capabilities against standards.
• Lead risk assessment, vulnerability remediation, and incident response planning for OT environments.
• Present security findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and maintain documentation.
