Job summary

Aligned Energy LLC in Phoenix seeks a Lead Engineer for OT & Network Infrastructure to act as the central technical authority for the data center's critical network backbone supporting BMS, EPMS and telemetry fleet-wide.

You will translate complex telemetry metrics into binding engineering mandates, lead forensics, and incident response, partnering with Site Ops, Platform Delivery and SecOps to maintain visibility and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Network Engineering or related field.
• Advanced certifications highly preferred (CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, GICSP).
• Experience in OT/ICS or hyperscale telemetry networks is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead forensic analyses during critical telemetry incidents and translate findings into corrective actions.
• Review network architecture diagrams, hardware specs, and failover protocols for capital projects.
• Conduct fleet-wide cybersecurity hygiene audits and ensure VLAN segregation and air-gapping where applicable.
• Evaluate next-gen network hardware and protocols to support AI-driven telemetry and cooling systems.
• Serve as Tier-3 technical escalation point and translate data into executive-level guidance.
