Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or related field; and/or commensurate work experience
• 10+ years of progressive network engineering experience
• Experience supporting OT, industrial, or manufacturing network environments
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking and secure design
• Ability to collaborate across IT and plant teams
• Experience troubleshooting complex network issues in high-availability environments
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to train and mentor support personnel and operational teams
• Ownership mindset and ability to drive tasks to completion

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite network engineer for OT-related initiatives
• Lead the deployment and adoption of OT network infrastructure
• Support design and implementation of secure, resilient network architectures for industrial environments
• Ensure OT cybersecurity requirements are incorporated (segmentation, IDMZ, access control)
• Provide escalation support for network incidents and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors
• Assist with network standards, implementation practices, and OT documentation
• Mentor and train local IT support teams and operational staff on OT networking
• Contribute to project planning, cutovers, maintenance, and readiness
• Collaborate to translate business/production requirements into network solutions
