Job summary

CNWL NHS Foundation Trust in Brent is seeking a Lead Occupational Therapist to provide expert clinical leadership, supervision and operational support to Occupational Therapy staff across Brent CMHH and Early Intervention Services, while maintaining a complex clinical caseload.

The post holder will lead service development, quality improvement and workforce development, delivering high-quality, occupation-centred, recovery-focused care and mentoring junior staff and students.

Qualifications
