Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of education program approved by the credentialing body for the required credential(s).
• Three years experience as an Occupational Therapist or two years with Doctorate; or completion of HM or comparable OT Fellowship/Residency.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop the therapy plan of care for a broad range of diagnoses and acuities.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers; collaborate with interprofessional team for problem resolution and goals.
• Serve as preceptor, mentor, and resource to less experienced staff and students.
• Assist with collection of quality metrics and analytics; contribute to best practices and process improvements.
