Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of progressive experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience designing, implementing, securing, commissioning, and sustaining OT/ICS environments through full lifecycle.
• Advanced hands-on experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V, Windows Server, AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and secure configuration management.
• Knowledge of STIGs, patching, vulnerability remediation, RMF or similar cybersecurity processes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate technically with customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior systems administrator and technical lead for secure OT/ICS infrastructure.
• Own the solution lifecycle from bidding and design through implementation and handoff.
• Develop design packages, system architectures, network diagrams, and BOMs.
• Architect and manage VMware and Hyper-V environments; ensure high availability and lifecycle management.
• Harden servers/workstations and manage patches, security baselines, and configuration management.
• Support RMF and cybersecurity authorization by delivering control implementation details and evidence.
• Lead testing, startup, commissioning, and handover to support; mentor team members.
