Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering (required).
• 8+ years in manufacturing industry (required).
• 2+ years in machine connectivity or i4.0 activities (required).
• Experience with Kepware, PLCs, and data management tools (required).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (required).

Responsibilities

• Direct support of OT activities to meet program milestones.
• Drive standardization of machine connectivity across sites.
• Define and implement standard OT processes and governance.
• Coordinate with IT, MES, and site teams for data integrity and security.
• Travel 20–25% including international per roadmap.
