Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced Operational & Industrial Technology Consultant to lead OT design and operations for large-scale infrastructure projects. This role requires hands-on architecture leadership from construction through commissioning and steady-state operations.

The ideal candidate will drive OT governance, cyber security, and integration with IT, engineering, and site operations, ensuring scalable and secure facilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Operational Technology or related infrastructure environments.
• Strong experience designing and supporting PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and industrial networks.
• Deep OT cybersecurity understanding and risk-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT architecture design for critical infrastructure.
• Develop standards and governance for industrial control systems, networks, and telemetry.
• Advise during construction, commissioning, and turnover to operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, operations, and tech teams to integrate OT into the tech ecosystem.
• Oversee SCADA, PLC, DCS, telemetry, historian, and edge computing environments.
• Implement OT cybersecurity controls including segmentation and secure access.
• Drive IT/OT convergence while maintaining safety and availability.
• Create roadmaps, procedures, and support models for new facilities.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships across equipment and services.
• Support deployment and integration of OT systems and site security platforms.
