Job summary

Nova Biomedical in Norwood, MA seeks a Senior Product Manager for Osmometers/Med Tech to own the Osmometer portfolio as a mini-CEO, drive lifecycle from development to obsolescence, and protect market leadership.

You will work with R&D, Sales, Marketing and Finance to define requirements, pricing, five-year plans, and ROI-driven roadmaps, while translating customer insights into differentiated value propositions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Five or more years of product management experience involving systems and medical devices used in hospital core laboratories.
• Experience partnering with R&D, and developing product roadmaps and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, from development to obsolescence.
• Engage with customers in hospital core laboratories to define market and user requirements.
• Translate customer and market insights into actionable product requirements with R&D.
• Prioritize features and product enhancements that deliver customer value and meet business goals.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies aligned with customer needs and competitive conditions.
• Lead five-year strategic plans for the Osmometer portfolio.
• Create ROI-driven product roadmaps aligned with global objectives.
• Develop compelling product positioning and value propositions for the Osmometer portfolio.
