Job summary

Citi’s CSIS Open Source Intelligence program in Tampa, FL seeks a Senior Analyst to lead OSINT investigations and threat hunting. You will apply advanced collection and analysis techniques, manage projects, and deliver concise, actionable intelligence to Citi stakeholders.

This role embeds in the Fraud Fusion Center and partners with global teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in OSINT, strong analytical skills, and experience with dark web threat intel, Palantir, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Open-source intelligence knowledge and project management experience.
• Strong analytical skills to filter and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Excellent written and oral communication with attention to detail.
• Proven project management skills in globally dispersed teams.
• 5+ years in OSINT, investigations, threat monitoring, or intelligence targeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead open source intelligence analysis and threat hunting for the Fraud Fusion Center.
• Monitor threats using open sources including social media and dark web sources.
• Develop and manage cyber-enabled fraud monitoring capabilities.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative methods to produce actionable intelligence.
• Identify gaps and coordinate with stakeholders to close them.
• Deliver high-quality written products and oral briefings.
• Manage multiple projects with proactive, global collaboration.
