Job summary

Citi, CSIS Intelligence Anchor, seeks an Intelligence Lead Analyst to lead insider threat and investigative intelligence efforts on a global scale. The role reports to the CSIS Director of Insider Threat and Investigative Intelligence, guiding data-driven analyses and mitigation strategies across Citi.

You will deliver post-investigation insights, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in industry benchmarking to strengthen Citi's security posture and risk management framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate, government, or regulated environments.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable mitigation strategies.
• Data analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce investigative intelligence and insider threat analyses with post-investigation insights.
• Support insider risk analysis, prevention, detection, and remediation programs.
• Communicate findings to internal stakeholders and participate in industry benchmarking.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
