Provident Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced Orthotic/Prosthetic Practitioner to manage comprehensive patient care under physician prescription, including assessment, planning, implementation, and documentation. The role involves designing orthoses and prostheses, overseeing fabrication, and coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care.

Ideal candidates have at least ten years in the field, four years in each discipline, and ABC/BOC certification, with a valid Class D

Qualifications

• Must be a certified Orthotic/Prosthetic Practitioner with at least ten years of combined experience.
• Minimum four years in each discipline under supervision of a qualified orthotist and prosthetist.
• ABC or BOC certification required; certification deadline if not achieved at hire.
• Valid class D driver's license with a clean driving record.
