Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience with ownership of strategy and integrated execution.
• Healthcare/medical device experience preferred.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to influence across organizations and lead without direct authority.
• Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the North American orthodontic marketing strategy and drive execution across organizations.
• Develop differentiated positioning, messaging frameworks, and audience personas for orthodontic audiences.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, education, communications, digital, and agencies.
• Create and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, web, events, and sales tools.
• Build content strategy and editorial roadmap; manage content from concept to optimization.
• Develop expert/influencer programs and manage governance and performance measurement.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, manage budgets, timelines, and approvals to deliver high-quality work.
