Envista Holdings Corporation, through its DEXIS brand, seeks a Sr. Marketing Manager, Orthodontics, to lead North American orthodontic marketing strategy from development through execution.

You will partner with product management, sales, clinical education, communications, digital, and agencies to deliver cohesive go-to-market plans and impactful

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience with proven ownership of strategy and integrated execution.
• Experience in orthodontics, dental devices, or healthcare is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead the North American orthodontic marketing strategy for a strategic growth initiative.
• Translate market, customer, competitive, and clinical insights into a clear roadmap for awareness and adoption.
• Develop differentiated positioning, messaging frameworks, and audience personas.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, clinical education, communications, and agencies for cohesive go-to-market plans.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, web, events, and sales enablement.
• Build and manage expert/influencer programs with governance and performance measurement.
