Job summary

Apple Services Engineering seeks a senior Organizational Program Manager to drive efficiency, build scalable processes, and partner with engineering leadership across a large organization in Seattle.

You will own end-to-end programs, translate data into leadership insights, and design repeatable solutions that scale while advising senior leaders on organizational strategy and culture.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in senior program/operations roles with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience influencing senior leaders in a software engineering setting.
• Ability to drive programs with measurable outcomes and scalable solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and org structure.
• Analytical mindset translating data into leadership recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the rhythm of business for senior engineering leadership with outcomes focus.
• Track action items, surface blockers, elevate risks, and close commitments.
• Plan quarterly business reviews and offsites, driving meaningful decisions.
• Establish intake processes for leadership priorities and scope work.
• Identify inefficiencies and design scalable, repeatable frameworks.
• Lead headcount, budget, space, and growth planning end-to-end.
• Translate headcount and operational data into actionable insights for leaders.
• Navigate complex org challenges with independent judgment.
• Partner with Engineering, Finance, People and Communications to align priorities.
