You will apply systems thinking to align workforce plans with business goals and lead cross-functional CoE collaborations to solve complex talent challenges. In this role you’ll coach senior leaders, shape organizational design, and enable high-impact talent decisions through data-driven

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness or related field.
• Experience in large, matrixed organizations with shared services or COE models.
• Proven ability to coach senior leaders and influence strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Engage as strategic advisor to senior leaders on people and org decisions.
• Lead People org service delivery and coordinate with COE partners to design solutions.
• Apply systems thinking across functions to align people programs with business priorities.
• Partner on strategic workforce planning and scenario planning to anticipate needs.
• Advise on organizational structure, roles, and decision rights to enable strategy execution.
• Provide leadership development and coaching for client leaders.
• Leverage data insights to inform talent and org decisions with executive-ready narratives.
• Drive change management and culture transformation initiatives across the organization.
• Implement enterprise talent management programs across performance, engagement, and succession.
• Champion best practices and continuous improvement in organizational effectiveness.
