Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong understanding of OD principles, change management, and wellbeing practices.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement yearly executive development plans aligned with partnership behaviors.
• Provide intervention design for addressing ineffective functional dilemmas across ADUSA.
• Maintain a library of best practices for team-building and change management.
• Guide the organization through change such as mergers, acquisitions, restructures or tech implementations.
• Own US reporting process end-to-end with accurate, timely metrics.
• Facilitate culture activation and enhancements with ADUSA Services HR.
• Incorporate wellbeing practices into development curricula.
• Aggregate AES results and create the annual executive summary for action.
• Manage external partnerships in Organizational Development.

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR/OD/Business

Master's degree preferred
