Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

About the Role

This is a fully remote position with flexible hours, ideal for career changers, those seeking additional income, or individuals pursuing long-term financial industry growth.

*No prior financial experience is required—we provide a comprehensive training program, mentorship, and ongoing support.

We specialize in helping clients with:

  • Asset protection
  • Debt management
  • Indexed financial strategies

  • Life insurance and annuities
  • Business owner strategies

You’ll have the option to work:

  • Part-time
  • Full-time
  • Referral Partner

Many of our associates start part-time and transition into full-time roles as they grow their practice.

Ideal Skills and Experience

While financial experience is not required, we value the following skills:

  • Ability to explain financial concepts clearly

Additional background in the following areas is a plus:

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships through referrals, networking, and outreach
  • Conduct Financial Needs Analyses (FNA) for clients
  • Educate clients on financial strategies and available solutions
  • Customize protection and savings plans based on individual needs
  • Support ongoing client relationships and follow-ups

Qualifications

  • No prior experience needed (comprehensive training and mentorship provided)
  • Life and Health Insurance License preferred but not required

*If unlicensed, candidates must be willing to study and pass the exam for the state they reside in

  • We provide guidance and resources to assist with the licensing process
  • Most new professionals can complete the studying and testing within 5-14 days
  • Additional licensing opportunities available for those interested in expanding their expertise

Requirements

  • Must pass a background check
  • Must have a U.S. Social Security Number
  • Must currently reside in the United States during the hiring and licensing processes
  • Must be 18+ years old (federal requirement)
