Brief Overview
A Senior Order Manager is responsible for owning and managing all aspects of the lifecycle of customer orders from creation to product delivery. This role requires an advanced working knowledge of supply chain and programmatic processes, an understanding of key internal systems, the ability to analyze data, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, and the ability to influence and direct cross‑functional teams and activities that ensure the successful and timely delivery of orders. Senior Order Managers also apply a continuous improvement mindset to make recommendations on process and/or system enhancements, as well as, take an active role in the implementation. Senior Order Managers also ensure best practices are followed within the organization and during new program onboarding. Senior Order Managers take a lead role in building and maintaining high-performance relationships with customers and all supporting teams resulting in the achievement of customer SLA's and outcomes. Senior Order Managers are required to take a proactive, detailed, and timely approach to communication and help identify and mitigate risk early to prevent customer‑impacting issues.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $60,000-75,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
