Job Title: Senior Oracle SCM Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Oracle SCM Project Manager to lead a critical, enterprise-level Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) implementation and transformation initiative. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex supply chain modules—including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, and Manufacturing-ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
This is a onsite role based in St. Louis, MO, requiring daily collaboration with executive stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle implementation, rollout, and optimization of Oracle Cloud SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, OM, Manufacturing, and PLM).
- Drive project governance, define scope, establish robust work breakdown structures (WBS), and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables using PM best practices.
- Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business unit owners, third-party system integrators, and technical implementation teams.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and scope creep.
- Oversee change management strategies, user adoption programs, and training initiatives to ensure seamless operational transition.
- Manage resource allocation, budget tracking, vendor performance, and steering committee reporting.
- Facilitate business process re-engineering (BPR) sessions to map legacy workflows to Oracle Cloud best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 10+ years of IT project management experience, with a heavy focus on enterprise supply chain and ERP implementations.
- Minimum 3+ full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud SCM (or Oracle E-Business Suite SCM with recent Cloud migration experience).
- Deep functional and architectural understanding of Oracle SCM modules (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Global Order Promising, Advanced Planning).
- Proven track record of managing enterprise budgets exceeding $X million and leading cross-functional teams of 20+ consultants and internal staff.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Ability and commitment to work 100% onsite in St. Louis, MO.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification and/or Oracle Cloud SCM Implementation Certification strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
