Job summary

Global Applications Solution in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Senior Oracle SCM Project Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle Cloud SCM implementation, spanning Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and PLM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgets.

You will work onsite daily with executives, leads, and technical teams, drive governance, manage scope and risks, and steer change management and user adoption to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management experience in enterprise supply chain and ERP implementations.
• Minimum 3 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations (or Oracle E-Business Suite SCM with cloud migration).
• Deep functional and architectural knowledge of Oracle SCM modules: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Global Order Promising, Advanced Planning.
• Proven budget management and leadership of large cross-functional teams.
• PMP certification and/or Oracle Cloud SCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementation, rollout, and optimization of modules.
• Define scope, WBS, schedules, milestones, and deliverables using PM best practices.
• Serve as liaison between executives, business units, SI partners, and technical teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and scope creep.
• Oversee change management, user adoption programs, and training initiatives.
• Manage resources, budgets, vendor performance, and steering committee reporting.
• Facilitate BPR sessions mapping legacy workflows to Oracle Cloud best practices.
