Motion Recruitment Partners in Hatfield, PA is seeking a Senior Oracle SCM/Planning Business Analyst for an onsite, full-time role with a $140,000–$160,000 salary range. The candidate will lead requirements gathering, process improvements, and ERP initiatives across the supply chain and manufacturing domains.

The position focuses on Oracle EBS R12 and/or Fusion Cloud ERP, coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enhancements, testing, training, and change management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS/CS/Business or related field.
• 10+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience focusing on Oracle ERP solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 and/or Fusion Cloud ERP.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and process reviews to identify improvements.
• Translate needs into functional specs, flows, and designs; support testing and training.

10+ years of BA experience

Oracle ERP experience

SQL / data analysis

Education
