Base pay range

$108,000.00/yr - $142,000.00/yr

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting Planning solutions within Oracle Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules and the ability to consult on overall architecture, business requirements, and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and support Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning solutions.

• Work with Oracle Cloud modules including Demand Management, Supply Planning, Supply Chain Collaboration, and Global Order Promising.

• Gather and document business requirements, lead fit-gap analysis, and design business processes.

• Manage conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and oversee testing of procurement ERP solutions.

• Participate in client design blueprint sessions and provide solution recommendations.

• Prepare Technical Design Documentation (TDD) for enhancement requests and configure/build related functionality.

• Support all testing cycles, including analyzing and resolving issues.

• Utilize Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for reporting.

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve system bugs while providing troubleshooting support to end users.

• Understand Planning tables architecture and apply basic SQL knowledge for analysis.

• Provide guidance on approaches to testing Oracle monthly, quarterly, and semiannual patches.

• Recommend out-of-the-box solutions and best practices to meet business requirements.

• Modify and maintain project documentation, including security role setups, application setups, and technical integration specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning modules.

• Strong business analysis skills with ability to lead workshops and fit-gap sessions.

• Experience preparing technical and functional documentation.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and testing cycles.

• Working knowledge of OTBI reporting and SQL.

• Excellent communication and consulting skills.
