CES in Colorado seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead Oracle-focused initiatives across IT and business domains. You will partner with PMOs, governance, and executive leadership to deliver complex programs on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate holds a PMP, Scrum Master certification, 10+ years of PM experience including 5+ years Oracle projects, and demonstrates strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills in a hybrid delivery environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Scrum Master certification is required.
• 10+ years of project management experience with at least 5+ years leading Oracle-focused projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with PMOs, governance frameworks, and executive leadership teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Background in industries such as government, healthcare, manufacturing, utilities, financial services, or retail.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle implementation methodologies and enterprise architecture concepts
