Job summary

CGS Business Solutions seeks a Principal Oracle Functional Analyst to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion PLM implementations for a manufacturing client in the Irvine area. You will drive functional design, configuration, and cross‑module integrations across O2C, S2P, R2R, and H2R.

The role requires 8+ years in Oracle ERP, 3+ years on Oracle Fusion, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proven collaboration with business stakeholders, workshops, UATs, and production deployments.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations in the Manufacturing vertical, with at least one full-cycle implementation (preferred).
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle ERP applications/implementation, with strong understanding of platform functionality, cross-functional integrations, and process cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion PLM implementations and ongoing management across tracks like O2C, S2P, R2R, H2R.
• Define business processes and cross-module interfaces & integrations; build system solutions using Oracle tools.
• Engage stakeholders through workshops and interviews; facilitate UATs, system validation, and deployments.
